New Aerosol Test Bath installed at a Derbyshire contract filler,
This is a special 20mm aerosol test bath, designed specifically for this application. With a smaller test tank assembly and new articulated clips for the 20mm valved product. We had to design special conveyor sections to fit the new machine into a limited space. This new aerosol test bath was installed to provide 100% testing of a pressurised 20mm spray. ASC developed a new test bath clip mould tool for the articulated clip or gripper that holds each bottle through the machine. This new test bath clip is a big improvement over the alternaives available which can regularly fail in use.
