Pharmaceutical "bag on valve" for marine saline spray line installed in Athens, Greece
On this project we were able to use our experience working with the Bag on Valve system. This LPG alternative is becoming more popular and particularly in the area of mineral water and pharmaceutical saline sprays. Our double index 20 pocket machine can run at 48-50 cans per minute and features a reject system to remove any defect from the production batch. The PLC controlled machine with top mounted laminar flow canopy was built to suit the pharmaceutical clean room environment. The filling pumps were fitted with ceramic pistons and a second compartment to enchance the sterility of the pump system
